I always loved to dance, and didn;t take up tap dancing until I was 30. My initial passion was playing the piano and composing songs. Early on I was composing music to poetry. I am partial to writing musical comedy or specialty material. I moved to Calif. in 1977 to gain exposure for my songs. The road was not easy & eventually, I began doing extra work, & student films to satisfy the “dramatic/comedic” avenues of my personality. In 1996, I was burned in an arson fire which set me back quite a few years. To get back into the loop, I wrote & performed my one woman show “Embraceable Hue” in 2007, a play textured with song and dance in honor of that chapter of my life.. Fortunately, there have been opportunities for short & Indie films to keep me focused and diligent towards my goals. Recently, I was cast in a silent feature film “Silent LIfe”, a story encompassing the life and death of Rudolph Valentino; set for release May 2014. And the chapter continues…………………
