My journey has been a long and winding one~through a childhood full of abuse to becoming a counselor/social worker to help others, to marriage, kids, betrayal, divorce, re-marriage and emptying nest. Theatre, music, business leadership. Parenthood, blended family, grandparenting, finding true unconditional love at last. Holding my dying father in his last breath. Sending sons to war and trying to make sense of life. It’s been a helluva ride. And it has only begun.
