Bio: Actor/singer/writer/producer who also co-directed “Hungry”, a multi-award-winning short film that she wrote, co-starring Oscar-nominee Eric Roberts, which has garnered her 5 Best Actor/Best Performance awards, multi-award-winning music videos, and her new short film “A Chance”. She began her career in theater, working with luminaries such as Marlo Thomas (Cleveland Playhouse), and Marian Seldes (StagePlays Theater Company), appearing in “Tony & Tina’s Wedding”, and at the Public Theater (NYC). Film credits include “A Beautiful Mind” by Ron Howard, indie feature “Confess” starring Melissa Leo and most recently, award-winning feature film “The Incoherents”, a rock-n-roll comedy with Amy Carlson and Annette O’Toole, currently running through the Festival Circuit, last at the Soho Intl. Film Festival. She also has had a recurring role on “As The World Turns”, was in “Full Frontal with Samantha Bee”, and has performed shows at Upright Citizens Brigade.
What inspires me: People who plant seeds even when they won’t get to see the trees that will result…people who create art that matters, that enlightens or brightens…people dedicated to excellence who also care about the world around them.
