About me | I am a singer songwriter currently recording in studio. I also work as an Artist using a variety of mediums, having exhibited my work and being commissioned to create large scale Installations. I am mostly conflicted because, like you, my brain has a left side! So professionally, I work as a Registered Nurse, and really enjoy the satisfaction my job affords. I am really excited about “Journey of the Seeds” and believe that this will have a great impact in the lives of many who will see it fully grown & produced. |
Quotes that inspire | “shoot straight ya bastards”- Breaker Morant “What is denied cannot be healed” -Brennan Manning “I’m not an alcoholic cause I don’t go to meetings” – not sure! NB: The following was quoted by an Aboriginal pastor/elder & friend. “So, is the glass half broken or half fixed?” – cartoonist /smashed wine glass “Don’t ever be so foolish as to measure my compassion for you, in terms of your compassion for one another. Don’t ever be so silly as to compare you thin, pallid, wavering, moody, ‘depending on smooth circumstances’ human compassion with mine. When you read in the Gospels that ‘Jesus was moved with Compassion’ it is saying, His GUT was wrenched, His heart TORN open…Jesus not only knows what hurts us but seeks us out, whatever our poverty, whatever our pain…His plea- ‘come now, wounded, frightened, empty, angry. lonely, and I’ll meet you where you live, and I’ll love you as you are, not as you should be, cause your never gonna be as you should be’ – Do you really believes this? That with all the wrong turns you made in your past, the mistakes, the moments of selfishness, dishonesty and degraded love? Do you really believe that Jesus Christ loves you…beyond worthiness and unworthiness, beyond fidelity and infidelity…without caution, regret, boundary, limit? No matter what’s gone down, He CAN’T stop loving you” – Brennan Manning. |
