Haunting
When the Sentient enter a space, they scan it.
The waves cause materials to RESONATE thus creating that tell-tale, ‘Tibetan singing bowl’ style hum.
Commission
Presence Global Entertainment tasked UK based composer, Dale Sumner to explore an alien, ‘first contact’ experience. The brief was simple, ‘Scare us.’
Imagine
INT. BALMORAL. FAMILY HOME. LOUNGE – NIGHT
Dowd leafs through a stack of letters from his father.
A flickering candle provides scant light for the read.
‘Dear Michael’, letter after letter. He’s never seen them before.
Dowd’s fist clenches around one of the letters, he wants to smash something when… the backdoor opens.
Dowd crouches in silence. The house begins to resonate, the window frames, the hanging pots, finally the door handle to the lounge.
Dowd blows out the candle. The handle turns.
